Merchant ID Application

Which MID application is right for you?

• If you are looking to take in less than $10,000 in annual revenue for a one-time or an annual event, and only require a simple hosted payment page, complete the micro MID application.
• If you are looking to take in more than $10,000 in annual revenue, or require something beyond a hosted payment page, complete a standard MID application.
• If you need to open multiple MIDs, please complete one application per MID; if you are opening up 5 or more MIDs, please email ccmerchant@cornell.edu and ask for a multiple MID application.
